For 68 years, The Line Group has been committed to exceeding our customers' expectations and fostering partnerships that go beyond mere business transactions. Ward Manufacturing, celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, is a fourth generation, family-owned, metal stamping business. Ward is renowned for its technical capabilities, wide range of world-class manufacturing processes, state of the art equipment, skilled workforce, and unparalleled customer service. Ward is aggressively investing in the future and recently built a 36,000 square foot finished goods warehouse to accommodate added capacity and their rapid business growth. We believe that merging with Ward Manufacturing will enable us to reliably offer unmatched quality and exceptional customer service to our valued clients and customers.
The merger will be finalized on March 31, 2024, and over the next thirty to sixty days, The Line Group will transition its operations to the Ward Manufacturing facilities in Evanston, Illinois. We will operate under the Ward Manufacturing banner, maintaining our commitment to you, our valued customers, vendors, employees, and stakeholders.
